How it Works
Getting started is simple.
1. Inquire
Submit a membership inquiry through our contact form. We’ll follow up to learn about your family’s needs and confirm availability.
2. Enroll
Choose the membership plan that fits your family. All memberships are per child and require a 3-month minimum commitment
3. Access Care
Connect with Dr. Wallace through virtual visits and secure messaging — from the comfort of your home. In-home visits are available as an add-on when hands-on care is needed.
