All memberships are private-pay and billed monthly per child. A 3-month minimum commitment is required. Memberships renew monthly following the initial commitment period. In-home visits are available as an add-on to any active membership.
Secure messaging is available daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Virtual Essentials Membership
$95/month per child
Additional children: $65/month
Best for families who want reliable access to a trusted pediatric physician for routine concerns, follow-up care, and guidance — primarily through telehealth and messaging.
Includes:

$195/month per child
Additional children: $125/month
Best for families who want expanded access, higher visit frequency, and discounted in-home visit pricing.
Includes:

SOMA Telehealth Kit
One-Time Fee: $150 per family
Elevate the quality of your virtual visits with the SOMA Telehealth Exam Kit — a curated set of at-home tools that allows Dr. Wallace to conduct a more thorough assessment during your virtual visit. The kit includes a smart otoscope attachment, pulse oximeter, and digital thermometer. Onboarding support is included.
