Personalized Pediatric Care, From the Comfort of Home.

SOMA Pediatric Concierge Care offers a focused set of services designed to complement your child’s existing primary care and provide your family with expert guidance, enhanced access, and peace of mind. Services are provided personally by Dr. Shari Wallace.

Virtual Sick Visits

Evaluation and management of common childhood illnesses — including fever, respiratory symptoms, ear pain, rashes, and gastrointestinal concerns — conducted via secure video or phone from the comfort of your home. Virtual visits are the primary mode of care and are available to all members based on their plan allowance.

For families with a SOMA Telehealth Exam Kit, Dr. Wallace can guide you through an at-home assessment in real time — allowing for a more thorough evaluation without leaving your house. The kit includes a smart otoscope, pulse oximeter, and digital thermometer, and is available for purchase at enrollment.

In-Home Pediatric Visits (Member Add-On)

In-home visits are available exclusively to active members when clinically appropriate. Virtual care is always encouraged as the first step. When hands-on evaluation is needed, Dr. Wallace comes to you.

Pricing is based on distance:
∙ 0–9 miles: $150 per visit
∙ 10–19 miles: $200 per visit
∙ 20–29 miles: $250 per visit

Available during daytime and early evening hours, weekdays and weekends, based on availability. In-home visits are not intended for emergency care.

Please note: SOMA Pediatric Concierge Care is not an emergency service. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

This service does not replace routine well-child visits, vaccinations, or primary care.
